Sub:- Calculation / computation of result, 2022 of both Classes X and XII- reg
Madam / Sir,
You are aware that in the year 2022, examinations of both Classes X and XII were conducted in two terms i.e. Term I and Term II. The result of both the classes has been declared on 22.07.2022. While computing the result, Term I has been assigned 30% weightage and Term II has been assigned 70% weightage. Accordingly, final results have been computed.
To make the students and schools aware of the computation of the results, the following example is given

| Calculation of 30% weightage of theory in Term I | Calculation of 70% weightage of theory in Term II | ||
| Double the marks secured in theory | 30 x 2=60 | Double the marks secured in theory | 20 x 2=40 |
| 30% of 60 | 18 | 70% of 40 | 28 |
| So, 30% marks of Term I would be | 18 | So, 70% marks of Term II would be | 28 |
Final Marks in theory = 18 (Term I) +28 (Term II) = 46
Final Marks in Practical / IA = 09+08 = 17
Total Marks in the subject = 46 (Theory) + 17 (Practical / IA) = 63
It is requested that if any student wishes to apply for verification of marks in any subject (to be started from 26.07.2022) or wishes to know how the result has been computed, the same may be explained using the above example.
